How to reduce thyroid..what food to eat to reduce high  thyroid level very quickly...any suggestions for this

She is of 78 years old. Getting vomiting sensation frequently with head spinning symptoms. We used multiple vomting avoiding tablets from near by general physician but it didn't help. This problem is persistent from last one month. What could be the reason for this? Which doctor specialist do we need to consult for permanent cure?

My sugar is always high when done before breakfast approx 120 and after one hours after breakfast it is always less like 100 , i don't understand the reason of how my blood sugar is low after breakfast ? Also how much hour after breakfast should blood sugar be checked, 1 or 2 hr ? I take regular diabetes medicine

I got my routine blood test my chloride has come 111.20 . I am non diabetic, only take Razel 10 for cholesterol & retina problem for which I take I-site at & nueye capsules.
