Vomiting with fever for 8year old

Hi, My son 8 years old, 25kg having fever and vomiting since last 6 hours. For fever >102, when we give Meftal P 7ml, he vomits in 15-20mins and medicine comes out. Can we give Emeset 2mg/5ml? What should be dosage?
