Bp and heart rate
Sir,
I had taken ciplar la 20 from 3 months and consulted doctor and he prescribe same in sos.Now, from 3 days i m not taking ciplar. My heart rate 80-100 but my by 139/99 and 134/95.what should i do. plz provide ur valuable suggestion. I m very tensed.

Because bp is high
Change medication and avoid salt and heavy meals
Ciplar is not for hypertension
