The ECG tracing appears to be normal with HR around 90 .heart rate more than 100 is considered as tachycardia. If You are a smoker, quit smoking, reduce the caffeine, drink plenty of water.Being anxious while measuring the heart rate or during the ECG recording could also increase the rate.Get your CBC , thyroid function tests if you are concerned.
