I am generally having increased heart rate whenever i measure. I have normal BP, ecg also came out to be normal, tmt test was done 2 weeks back that was also normal. But heart rate is high
Near about 100 bpm. This is making me worried. Pls guide

The ECG tracing appears to be normal with HR around 90 .heart rate more than 100 is considered as tachycardia.If You are a smoker,quit smoking, reduce the caffeine, drink plenty of water.Being anxious while measuring the heart rate or during the ECG recording could also increase the rate.Get your CBC , thyroid function tests if you are concerned.
