I did my annual health checkup and got my reports today. It shows hypothyroidism with 13.6, high cholesterol of 206 and SGPT of 66. Do i need to worry here and do i need any medication?

Hello I am facing Front Neck Pain with both side lymphnodes pain feeling like it is pressing my throat I don't know whether it is nerve pain or Lynphnodes pain I have mild constant fever during morning and later it will cold then sometimes it comes back always lower stomach pain Pain during Bowel movement muscle ache joints pain and feeling low always low headache bad breath feeling like nose is closing pain while long breathing neck also paining Is it means I have throat cancer?
