I have been recently diagnosed with Isolated diastolic hypertension
My bp remains 110-130/90 -101
I take medication TSart 40 CT once in the morning.
How could I keep my diastolic reading within 80.
Also I am afraid what could this high diastolic reading lead to.

What are the reasons for high ldl and non hdl cholesterol levels. Just to point out, though I'm a regular gym goer and eat a balance diet which also incudes egg and boneless chicken. My father is a heart patient. What can I do to reduce or should I consult a dietieton.

Can someone please suggest which medicine can be taken as a substitute for Revelol Am 50/5 for a day since my medicine is over and couldn't get it in nearby stores?
