Not gaining weight
I am at home since 6 months, after taking meals 3 times in a day, and fruits salads, ghee, dry fruits, milk , and most important 1 hour walking or jogging, inspite of all this not gaining weight and loosing it. Please help me out

Please consult a General Physician for a physical examination. Before that you should get a Complete Health checkup package from a Multinational Laboratory. You should also keep a weekly record of your weight preferably on a weighing machine which gives reading upto 1st decimal place.

Exercise can helo you lose weight but also gain weight depending on the type of exercise.however the right diet is also  necessary. Moreover,the weight you put on should be healthy weight.
