Take the dosages as advised Tab. Uprise -D3 ---60k --once a week for 8 weeks Tab Shelcal --1 tab -- OD for 30 days.

After completing 60K IU once a week for 8 weeks, maintance dose is around 1000mg per day. Many tablets contain combo of calcium and vitamin d3 like caldison D. It should be sufficient

Daily dose beyond 2000 units not needed and can be harmful, once a month 60000 units is perfect maintainance dose
