Im 21 year old female and I am suffering from external hemorrhoids from past 8 years.But it does not cause any trouble to me like no pain,no constipation. But I have few drops of blood ( bright red) in my stool frequently. Is there any serious problem or how to overcome this?

I have been taking Vitamin-D3 ( 60k ) supplement since 2 months now as my vit-d levels were 26.5, How long should I take it? Also, for my skin I am starting sachets (( myoinositol folic acid with vitamin d3 sachet )) which my dermatologist suggested last year which has Vitamin- D3 800 UI per sachet. Should I still take it?
