My 1.25 year old daughter fell into drain while playing...she drank some dirty water as well it went into her eyes..we rushed her to hospital where they drained out the water from stomach.. currently they are giving antibiotics by drip..my concern is that what serious issues it can cause to my daughter as the water was filthy with insects and sewage water.

I have got the tt injection and it's been 3 days and the pus is coming out and the redness around it, it's burning and my arm is paining when i was trying to move it now what should I apply on it and should I leave it open?  Can't pay for private consultation.
