Pain in the backbone.
My friend is having pain in the backbone. He has sitting job and has to sit all day and also he went to gym yesterday. Now today when he wake up, he has pain and stiffness in his backbone. Please suggest what to do now? He is applying diaclofinac gel for the pain, anything else he can do?

It is better to consult a Neurophysician or an Orthopaedic surgeon in your area for a proper diagnosis. Treatment for pain is by and large the same but a physical examination is required.

The nature of his job and working out in the gym may have resulted in back muscle spasms.Let him take analgesics like ibuprofen and application of the Diclofenac gel. For the back pain from exercise or exertion, use ice application after the activity to reduce tissue damage, inflammation, and pain. After a 24-hour period, use hot water pack to speed up the muscular stiffness.

Dear patient The cause can be musculoskeletal or it can be due to herniation of disc Take tab rabesac d (1-0-0) bff 5 days Tab miofree A4 (1-0-1) bd for 5 days Apply any diclofenac gel (most of them are in concentration of 1%w/w but you can go for diclofenac gel having concentration of 4%w/w like DFO 4X
