Pain while sitting
When I sit for long hours, my pelvic area and vulvar area starts paining severely. It makes me so uncomfortable and I can't concentrate on anything. I am so much worried.

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from pelvic inflammatory bowel disease. You should do USG of whole abdomen with pelvic area. You should do some blood test as CBC ESR and Urinalysis .
