Pain behind knee area
My daughter has developed some pain in the left leg behind the knee area. She had
gone for a long walk of about one hour on Sunday morning after which she developed the pain. (It was at a leisure pace, not brisk).
I have been applying moove spray and hot water bag but it has not subsided.
Will appreciate your guidance.

Let her have a tablet of Esgipyrine and apply omnigel.
She should wear a knee cap .
If she doesn't become better by tomorrow then she should consult an Orthopedic Surgeon.

It can be because of muscle fatigue, continue warm water bag application,rest and topical pain killers,if it does not subside with it,get a consultation
