Avoid constipation.take ripened papaya or guva fruits after dinner.tab pilon twice daily.lignocain gel rectally after defecation and at bed time. Plenty of water.

Use a stool softener , also take painkillers for 3-4 days, avoid spicy food for few days, take lemon water 2-3 times a day, mostly u will get relief by doing this
