Penis and anus burn and pain
It's been more than a month I have burning feeling on.my penis and anus. Sometime painful aswell.most of the time one side either penis or anus.sometine both side.feel little pain while passing urine. Went to my gp he checked me and said might have prostate problem.all std test came negative. And he gave me cipro antibiotic for 10 days. But doesn't seems to work.please need some help.

Yes.It could be Prostatitis. You needs to be tested weather infectious/ non infectious.
If infectious,Course of antibiotics will be at least 6weeks.
Next Steps
Test for Urine analysis, Urine Culture, Prostate scanning to Check for Abscess.
