Hello Doctor, I feel there is some sort of blood circulation issue in my body but not able to diagnose yet. I have visited multiple doctors till now. Complaint is that when i walk i feel imbalance , like someone pulling me either to left or right. Also when i turn around , walk fast or climb staris sometimes i noticed my saturation drop till 90 and restores back to 98-99 . I did chest xray, ECG, 2D Echo, MRI of brain and spine which is normal. Visited eye specialist and also ENT this is also normal. In march i did CBC test and my hemoglobin was 15.6 and RBC was 5.08. I repeated test on 11th march again and now hemoglobin is 14.4 and RBC is 4.73. So all that i could suspect if there is any circulation issue in my body. Pleaze guide me on next step to be taken and tests to be done. I just want to rule out the cause.

Sometimes i a very low fever ( 98.8-98.9 ) and it goes to normal after some time. It occurs only during night sometimes. I don't have any other symptom. what could be the cause of this? should i be worried?

I took complete 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule of Day 0 3 7 28 around 5 months ago and again i took 2 intramuscular rabies vaccine Day 0 and Day 3 Last booster dose was taken on 31st March 2023 but today on 15th April A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to take booster dose of Rabies Vaccine Day 0 and Day 3 ?

Hi Doctors, I am having lightheadedness from a month and I went to the doct9r and he did cbp, serum creatinine and ecg and results are normal and told to reduce stress and I'm fine after 2 weeks and recently a week back I'm having the same issue I saw somewhere on the internet that it comes due to problem in middle ear and consulted ENT and he gave me some meds and when I take that meds I had relief and dizziness comes after the power reduced and also having the feeling like I am pushing when walking or moving my head and it worses when I had ahead bath with hot water. I'm a working IT professional and it is worrying me a lot and getting irritated. Looking for a permanent solution for my sickness or problem. What can I do to get rid of this? Thanks & Regards.

Why doesn't paracetamol help with my low grade fever. I'm having low grade fever for about 2 weeks now. It comes during night and fluctuates a lot and then goes back to normal.
