Dear pt .. although the picture is not that much clear Your ecg shows normal sinus rhythm PR from the ECG cannot be concluded as the picture is not clear No t wave Inversion seen in any leads (non significant t wave Inversion in v1) No St segment elevation seen in any leads Normal R wave progression seen in chest lead v1 to v6
Next Steps
in case of chest pain go for serial ECG monitoring
