Hello. I feel pain chest and back after i eat food. I started taking montewok lc from today. Is this something serious?

It could be due gastritis or esophageal related.Take pantoprazol 40 mg once daily and domperidone 10 mg twice daily before food .If the pain is not relieved ,get a 12 LEAD ECG done.

Dear patient It can be gastritis (heart burn ),take mucaine gel 2 tsf 20 minutes before meals Get an ECG(12 leads) done to rule out any cardiac cause If pain persists ,go for EGD and USG abdomen pelvis to rule out any pathology

take an antacid before breakfast and mucaine gel 2 tsf 20 minutes before lunch and dinner avoid spicy,oily and ghee food Go for healthy dietary options
