Is it possible to have vitamin d deficiency for years, as I have not exposing myself to sun from 3-4 years properly and I have all time fatigue, less muscle mass ,and negative impact on growth and development of body , recently I have been checked for vitamin d and found that my level was 8.19ng/ml
