I have anxiety and stress for six months t take concor 1.25 for pulse rate one day all of sudden after eating i feel very lightheaded, ghabrahat pulse rate i see variating 110-125 only two seconds i check two time in one minute but literally i am feeling that I will pass out and extreme unusual feeling and normal in 10 minutes.is this afib i have read afib also give symptoms like this

A few years back, I started developing some itching on anus. However, I did not pay any attention to the same. 5 years back i have taken 5 rabies vaccine on my buttock side maybe gluteal area not sure and 2 years back had taken 2 rabies booster on my arm... 6 days back one stray dog licked my finger for a second near nail tips but I can't see any blood or scratch at that place only dryness in the skin that's it.. but I m having really bad anxiety after reading about rabies so thinking to shall o go for vaccine or not and if yes then take full or booster only..

I am experiencing palpitations, excessive sweating (including sweaty palms), and a general feeling of uneasiness. These symptoms started after I ate kiwi fruit and had indigestion with loose motions. I also had itching in my eyes, for which I took Cetirizine (Citrusin). I am concerned whether this could be an allergic reaction, dehydration, or related to my stomach problem.

I have taken 250mg Ciprofloxacin today in the afternoon after food but after 1hr I felt itching in my private part. Should I stop this medicine now.
