Klebsiella pneumoniae Infection. Its bacteria .you can take any antibiotic in this list because all are sensitive in your case.but imipenem is most sensitive and bby this you recoverd earlier than other antibiotics.

You have infection by kleibsella pneumonia. It shows maximum sensitivity to Imipenem. You can take imipenem injection or any of the other oral antibiotics, because though less, but many antibiotics show sensitivity.

इसका मतलब है कि आपको Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) है।
भले ही आपको जलन या दर्द नहीं है, लेकिन:
• Diabetes (3 साल से) होने पर UTI बिना ज्यादा लक्षणों के भी हो सकता है

Hello,
Aapki urine culture report me Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria aaya hai aur “significant bacteriuria” likha hai. Iska matlab hai ki urine infection (UTI) present hai. Aapko diabetes bhi hai, isliye infection ko properly treat karna zaroori hai.
Report me kaafi antibiotics “Sensitive (S)” dikh rahe hain, jo good sign hai — matlab infection medicines se theek ho sakta hai.
Kya kare ab:
• Doctor ke according sensitivity me se koi ek antibiotic start kare.
• Common oral options: Nitrofurantoin ya Cefixime (agar sensitive hai).
• Course complete kare (5–7 din minimum).
• Pani zyada piye.
• Sugar control achha rakhe.
Healthy tips:
• Meetha control me rakhe.
• Private area hygiene maintain kare.
• Urine rok kar na rakhe.

Iska matlab infection treat ho sakta hai aur resistance issue nahi hai.
Agar aapko severe symptoms (fever, back pain, vomiting) nahi hai aur sirf cloudy urine hai, to generally oral antibiotic sufficient hota hai.
