Whenever i do some kind of physical activity like walking, badminton playing i feel pain in my both the legs and feels exhausted. when I stop physical activity leg pain stops after 1 or 2 days. why?

Yesterday morning my finger crushed in window. We went dressing for finger. My blood is coming like a water drop continuous from yesterday with slight bending of finger also from nail. I went blood check up the values as follows: Hb: 16.5 Pcv 48.3 RBC 5.54 Platelet: 3.48 WBC: 11000 BT -3.30 CT - 6.30 PT 15.8 INR 1.35 APTT 35.3 I am using allegra 180 for hives. Please suggest why I am having bleeding still.
