From last one month i feel very low energy level just want to rest all the time From morning. I don't feel like doing any work.What should I do so that I feel a energy in my body?

Hi Doctor, my weight was 84-85 kgs 2 months back, in one  month it dropped down between 80-81kgs.... by end of 2nd month, no significant drop is observed as I still weigh between 80-81 kg..., from last 3 months, i am intensionally taking limited food on irregular timings, i was sedantery person but during the 1st month of weight drop i was involved in house hold work like cleaning, dusting, carrying water  buckets, cutting a small tree in front of house. Kindly suggest if above are reasons for my weight loss or needs any evaluation.
