Why my urine routine report shows protein positive Are my kidneys damaged I have infection from last two years

Pl find attached the blood test report. I have high mpv and lymphocytes. Is there anything to worry, on Google it is showing that if you have increased mpv than you may have heart issue. Mpv is 13.1, in last month it was 12.5. My echo and tmt is normal.

She had only ६ vitamin D .means deficiency. Can she go for tablets . Or daily egg milk will increase her level to sufficient from deficiency . Please suggest .Thank you in advance

I have got a Scratch from a street dog on my leg on 21/03/2024. The wound are not clearly visible at that time. But I had met a Dr and she prescribed me to take only ARV 4 doses. And I started the ARV course and taken the first dose on 22/03/2024 almost after 22 hrs of bite. After 2-3 days I have seen the skin are peeling off from that area and I washed it off. And after that Mild swelling is there at the site of bite. I thought it would be okay but after 3-4 days the swelling is still there  So I again go and  meet the Dr and she prescribed 2 doses of medicine (tablet). I have taken that and swelling is gone almost after 7 days. I have successfully completed ARV 4 doses . It's almost 38 days of bite and now I am feeling pricking at the site of bite and pricking increases when I walk for some  time especially in shoes. From last two days I had Fever and tonsils. Is there anything to worry? As I have already taken ARV doses  on time , What could be the possible reason of this pricking?

Hey I have been feeling difficulty in sleeping from last more than 2 weeks...someday I m sleeping for 3 hours someday for 1 hour...I had taken melatonin 5 mg for few days...but it seems stopped working now..

Feeling heaviness around chest and stomach, not feeling hunger to eat anything..little pain in body.. body is slightly warm...

Having wrist pain since few months now, movement of the wrist is restricted as compared to the other one. If moved, there is a sharp pain in the area between the thumb and wrist continuing to forearm. Difficulty using the thumb which is affected due to this pain. I did not encounter any trauma/ injury as such. What to do?

Since 5 years I am feeling tired my eyes feels tired my lips get dried my back hands legs pains . After waking up in the morning or at anytime I get this symptoms. Now I am feeling sudden uneasiness in my head at anytime  not on regular basis. I have done arthritis test it's negative. My hemoglobin level are normal . I get tingling sensation in my hands and legs .

Recently i did CBC test and the report came Lymphocytes 55 (the normal range is between 20-48) and absolute lymphocytes count is 3800( normal  count given 800-4800) I'm taking Xtrapod Cv and Taxim O 200 . Is this a matter for concern?
