My daughter 6yr old was getting mouth ulcer every month so doctor was prescribed nurokind syrup for a month as we are vegitarian.after taking this syrup I have seen improvement in her weight. Is it multivitamin syrup or just a b12 syrup .can that syrup continue for another month . otherwise she is healthy active

My blood report attached dt 12.04.24. There it is mentioned mild Anisopoikilocytosis. I have shortness of breath and severe fatigue on exertion. More senstive to heat and  Sweating more at hot temperature in day time compared to others.chest pain at sometimes..frequent headaches..high bp mostly...palpitations and heart rate varies from 50 to 140.. thyroid medine  being taken for 22 years and normal now and well maintained with 150mcg thyronorm.abnornal,heavy and frequent periods with bleeding inbetween periods.Is the symptoms caused by that or further test required?

What is the best convenient day to day diet to follow during summer time, ensuring all nutrients are in check.

Quite often I feel body numbness and low energy levels. Have got Vitamins test done and Vitamin D is on lower side and B12 is just at the edge. Can I use Neurobian Forte tablet for these conditions?

Hello. Today in the morning I was picking up my car's battery and while picking up the battery,the acid of battery get leaked and fallen down on my thighs and foot thumb , immediately I didn't feel anything but after 1 min my thigh and foot get itching no other symptoms then I wash my legs then I feel better I have no redness or mark . Is it normal or I need any medicine. Is car battery acid are very strong?
