I have been having numbness and stiffness near my left toe. It started while I was laying on bed..there is no pain...also it's getting full day by day..can anyone please suggest what I should do and what can be reason

Can someone who run 1 kms easily, had negative tmt and normal echo 2 weeks back have cardiac issue? I feel chest discomfort, i have some gastric issue also, yesterday i was feeling chest heavy while lying down, did ecg and trop t, both came normal, trop t was 0.6 pg. But this discomfort is frightening me, i am also off balanced specially while sitting, can walk run hike easily. This week i walked 12 kms on hills. Pl guide.

I have been having irritation and some feelings of burning/numbness in gums. i got vitamin c tested and it is 1.27 mg/L and the reference range is 2-14 mg/L. i have started limcee tablet once a day for past 15 days. how long do i need to take this for deficiency to be fixed and symptoms to go away.

Yesteray i ahve done cbc and my rbc is 3.45 and before one month i have cbc which show 3.60 ..this time mb rbc decreade from last report ...is it serious how to increse rbc ..

I have upper back and right chest/ rib cage ( under breast) pain since 6 month..when taking deep breath it's hurt.my c section was done before 1 year. Recently I have done my full body check all parameters are within limits except PCV which is 50.8 (normal value 40 to 50). What could be the reason of this. I read in google and it was saying that PCV is high in polycythemia. Pls advise and guide whether there is anything to worried about. CBC report is attached. Thanks in Advance.
