Continue bleching and upper stomach have hardness and after test of endoscopy found erogens which treatment is right

My father is 60 years diabetic and hypertensive and also on aspirin...his platelet count from past 1 year is always 1.5-1.6 and never above or below this level..all his blood reports , vitamin profile and usg abdomen are normal ...he's healthy as well but can't really understand reason for borderline platelets.....is this normal

Before 1 month i had jock itch for which i had medicines for 2 weeks and it got better. But again since last few days i am having these patches and bumps on my buttocks. Also very itchy pubic area.. i consulted with a doctor and she saud its allergy and gave me allergy medicines and lactosoft. But no improvement. What to do . Please help me

I use to treat dogs with the help of a local vet. 9 months back, i got exposed to a dog showing rabies symptoms. For safety, my doctor told me to get vaccinated. Today, I accidentally  got bit by a 1 month old puppy. It was just a small 1 canine wound that looks  as if I was pricked by a needle. Though i washed my wound Within 5 mins of being Bitten. Do i need to vaccinate again. Please suggest.

Why I feel pressure in head from last few months?.  my all blood report are normal. Ecg is normal doctor told me. My bp is around 122/70-72. Some times head become heavy at morning sometimes noon and sometimes evening. When I feel pressure and heavyness in head I check my bp it always came betwwen 120-125 /68-76.

I have done a free blood camp health check up. Where they take my blood and give fasting sugar which is around 86. And a report I have attached i don't understand. What is the graph and value . And range . My weight -70 Height -167.5 Bp-98/68
