My Bp reading is coming as 69 on the lower side, I am 37 years, working professional, feeling heaviness in head and eyes and little paid in stomach, I have never took any BP tablet, do I need to worry on this

I have persistent headache from a past few days in sometimes mild amd sometimes severe its on the back of my head and near neck area and it comes and goes sometimes i have this restlessness and numbness on my limbs what should i do and today i am feeling like something is moving inside my head when i move like my brain is moving so it causes me few seconds of dizziness

I haven't been physically active for the time being now my heart rate is really high.. it's around 105 but it goes back to normal around 90 to 87 but whenever I check out of curiosity it shows me 105. I do have anxiety issues and I'm not working out due to wfh ...I sit a lot of time infront of computer.
