Suddenly today I had dizziness, some shortness in breathing and shivering in my body. It never happened before.

Plz help to sort it our sir/mam. 27 year old bro suffered symptoms that resemblng MI. we took to ER- they did first ekg- some non specific changes, took vitals- all gud except fever of 100.. after giving dolo, pantop and clonotrip they repeated one more ecg 30 mints later (attached below) Now i asked them if trop i/trop t needed they said no, its ur choice if u want... we thought to not get it done n came back home. Just wondering if we made a mistake? Is trop absolutely necessary to rule out MI? Brother is better now Plz clear my dilemma.. THANK YOU

I frequently experience canker sores, typically when my toothbrush accidentally grazes the inside of my mouth while brushing, or if I accidentally bite my cheeks or lips while eating. Recently, I've noticed a small sore with clear fluid inside. I have seen that this might be due to vitamin deficiency, but I can't have vitamin supplements as I experience stomach disorders (stomach pain, loose motions, gas etc.) after having vitamin supplements. How can these sores be treated? Please guide.

I am 44 years old female..I have been prescribed zyncovit..I have started with syrup instead of tablets as tablets may cause more constipation.. I am also told that supplements cause increased body  heat..do they cause it? If yes, what issues can they lead to? Can they also cause heavy menstrual bleeding? What can be done to offset it? I am on ganaton and pariet for my stomach burning issues . Now the burning is gone but I am facing loss of appetite and I become full too quickly , that's why my weight has also started to go down . Whats going on here ?
