Weakness, low BP
Hello sir my father is 52 years old His average BP is 100/65 And he is feeling weakness specially at morning Few months back he is diagnosed with a deficiency of vitD, vitB12 and anemia But now the reports are better Currently vitD is 27.5 And VitB12 is at 361 and Hb is at 12.2 And iron cerum at 142 But he is still feeling very weak every morning He is taking Tayototal Absolute 3G Farium XT Also we have checked for diabetes but his blood sugar level was completely normal So I wanted to ask how can we help in reducing the weakness And what is the main culprit behind all this

In my opinion take the healthy diet and add protein rich supplements. Before taking supplements check the KFT. And add multivitamin tablets for 7-15 days

1.no alcohol 2. reduce body weight if over wt 3. no smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution 4. diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. fast. spicy / processed/ junk food. less sugar, potato, rice. Less salt. 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. expose ur body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. take more water 10 maintain oral hygiene Medicine can not be advised for open question ,for medicine and further advise contact on private consults Good luck
