As you are an hypertensive ,a risk factor, non specific chest pain could not be neglected, even if the ECG is normal.Ideally you should consult with a cardiologist in your area.He may. Advise either tmt ,echo or CTA.

Hello, As u r having mild hypertensive it may be the cause. Be regular with bp MEDICINE. Dinner must be very light, diet is one another reason for discomfort. Take diet two hours before go to bed Avoid spicy, fried fast junk food at night at least. When ECG is normal it seems to be gastritis. Plenty of water n liquid to consume. Add Tab nexpro Rd 40 one in empty stomach for seven to ten days n notice how is your discomfort? Ok
