Sir, my height is very less Only 172 cm And Sir my age Is now 20 sir . anything possible to increase my height atleast 1-3 cm ...as per I known it's is not possible. But I am not sure...if possible...then sir plz recommend me what I do for?

Hi I have diarrhea since yesterday evening. I never get diarrhea even if I get fever. I was outside India and travelled to India 4 days ago. Had only home food and cold water. I suddenly got stomach grumbling with pain and passed loose stools 4 times until now. I took lopamide pill yesterday night and even after taking the pill, I passed loose stools 3 times. Does lopamide really helps with diarrhea? I also feel body heat. Change in weather and time, couldn't sleep properly for the last one week. Does 4 times loose stools even after taking the pill means any serious infection? Does lopamide works after 4th time loose stools? The pharmacist said I have to take it immediately when it's started. Any other medicine which helps diarrhea.
