I've been facing cluster headache with vision problem after completing certain hormonal medicinal course recently. And I keep getting it many times. So what's the cure for it?

I have got small dog bite scratch.from my own dog scratch is very minor there is no blood swelling or pus around it i thought i can take home remedy for it is it ok . I have done my tt injection 6 months back and I have taken rabis shot 1 year before . I need an advice from experts. That should i do tt injection again or I can take home remedies and manage it .
