Hi sir, am raju morning walk up bp check it is 124/91 second reading 130/88, have automatic digital bp machine, this machine showing correct, and I always want to do BP check I always think about BP and when I have to do BP check I have a kind of fear in my mind where I am afraid that I have BP I feel pressured in my mind What is the reason for this?

Too much BP checking wont be of any help
As of now you need not worry about so much
Instead do some lifestyle modifications such as low salt diet,regular exercise,good sleep and rest,active routine,healthy diet
You should be fine after this and BP should be okay
Do these for few days and check early morning BP on 3 consecutive days
I would recommend going to a clinic and getting BP checked with a manual machine instead of the digital one
If then it comes high for 3 consequtive days,consult a physician further

Bp check up is good but not too frequently.
According to reading it's just touch the upper limit not any serious matter.
Bp fluctuations is normal
If it's 80 diastolic in morning, 90 at afternoon. N so on.
When u go for test it normalised.

Change of life style, diet plan, n morning walk, regular food habit r important.

Digital BP instruments are very sensitive to movement and posture.Anxiety can raise the BP , which is common among many people.Measure your BP after relaxing for 5 minutes.Take 3 readings 1 minute apart.Dont consider the first reading ,take average of the last 2 readings.
