I am suffering with fever for 2 days. I have been takkng dolo 650 twice a day for 2 days. Still i have 100.4 fever I also have fatty liver grade 2, grave hyperthyoid, asthma, Atrial fibrillation. All are in control for a year Question Q1: Can dolo 650 cause damage to my liver as i have grade 2 fatty liver. If not safe, then which fever tablet can i take Q2: Can i take zerodol p in place of dolo 650? Is it better than dolo 650. I do not have any pain, do not have any cough, cold is controlled. Just fever and weakness

Can taking too much vaccine in a short span cause Autoimmune disease because my friend out of anxiety took 13 rabies vaccines(including a full course for category 3 exposure) in a span of 3 months 10 days? Should he be worried about any autoimmune reaction or should he be fine? Can too much rabies vaccine really cause Autoimmune reaction ?

Sir/Mam! My son is 7 months old and is diagnosed with salmonella typhio "o" - 1:80 and salmonella typhio "h" - 1:160. He is been advised with cefix-o by the paediatrian 4days ago . In doubt I checked for CBP of my baby boy and here I am attaching the report. It indicates high blood platelets and low MPV. What does it indicate? Also low lymphocytes and monocytes. Please let me know. I am a poor  single mother . Please let me know the problem. Is there any serious condition.🙏
