My vitamin D shows an observed value of 5.95. What 6 I do? Should i start taking supplements? What kind should I start with?

My potassium level is 3.4, it was 3.9 the last week. It has depleted and i am very much concerned. Beacuse it may cause heart failure. I was feeling imbalance since 2-3 days. What to do now. It has made me very frightened. Pl help and guide

Hi, What are the physical checks have to be done if I am getting a rush to take long breath. I am taking long breath from stomach frequently because of this, I am taking excess of air and I am getting air from my mouth after eating/drinking. I was doubting if I am having gastric issues. I did endoscopy, everything came normal. Please do help. While I am sleeping, I am not noticing any breath related issues. Only when I am awake, I am getting this urge. In morning, it will be fine. From afternoon, I will start getting air from mouth, by night this will increase. Everyday, this has become cycle. Apart from these two, I don't have any other symptoms. Please do help.
