U have high cholesterol md high uric acid...try to avoid junk food cigrates oily nd fry food for cholesterol.. Avoid meats such as liver, kidney and sweetbreads, which have high purine levels and contribute to high blood levels of uric acid. Red meat. Limit serving sizes ofalcohol beef, lamb and pork.. for vegetarians Void Cauliflower, asparagus, spinach, peas, and mushroom are among such vegetables. Carbohydrates: Refined carbohydrates such as bread, cakes, and cookies may raise your uric acid level in the body.
