I measured my heart beat next second after completing my 3 minutes exercise with moderate intensity. I didn't relaxed and just after completing exercise started measuring bpm by putting hand on wrist. Had i made a mistake by not resting for sometimw and settle down. Beacuse my bpm was near 190 and it made me very much worried.

For my husband (age33) his dengue NS1 test report is positive and his platelet count is 34000. Does he need to be admitted in hospital or can manage by diet and rest?

I visited my doctor for consultation where my BP and PR was recorded. BP was 131/84 and PR was 105 beats/min. My doctor prescribed me Nexito Plus (Escitalopram+Clonazepam) because I was having rapid pulse as soon as I got up in the early morning in bed and during afternoon and evening hours. He said that it was due to anxiety, most probably. Because my ECG reports held 10 months back were normal. Echo had LVEF at 62. Now, after consuming this medicine I don't feel sleepy at might after consuming it at around 10 PM. I go to bed at around 12:30 PM and naturally wake up at 6AM without getting 8 hrs of sound sleep which I used to have before having rapid PR issues. Now, in the morning I feel sleepy all the time. Feel nauseous 🤢. Moreover, after consuming this medicine I started having constipation. My doctor has asked me to visit him after 4 weeks but I cannot continue  this medicine as its affecting me adversely. It's just been 2 weeks. Kindly suggest as to what should I do or have?

Hi I am always tired and feeling weak .. did a recent blood test and found low vitamin d and is my b12 proper of should I focus on eating more ?

I received my first dose of rabies vaccine yesterday I think the nurse given the vaccine via subcutaneous administration but today I found that it should be injected in intramuscular way as it is mentioned in the box. What should I do now, does the vaccine works,  please reply, I am worried 🙁 Additional information: i completes my 5dose of rabbies vaccination 8months ago. Both are cat bite no bleeding,yet i think it is safe to vaccinate

Is it ok to take strepsils/cofsils lozenges during Breastfeeding? My infant is 6 months and two weeks old. Will it have any adverse effect on the child? Please respond
