When should one get a cortisol test done? I have read many times that if we are stressed or have anxiety it could be due to high cortisol levels..please suggest when to get this test done ?

I am having very mild right side under the ribs and shoulder blade sometimes not continuously lost weight too is it concerning i am taking udiliv 450 and hepapure from last five days hunger increase but bloating sometimes usg came normal lover normal but sgot 59/bilrubin 0.32/ globulin little low reports attached when should i go for another test is is going to be fine and what diet should i follow can i take tea ☕ or coffee ?what diet should be followed

I don't know from where smell is coming. But I guess from mouth or nose (don't know exactly) . People near me say I smell like I just smoked cigarette or weed (I have never smoked in my life) .can someone tell whats the reason for the smell,I'm not able to communicate anyone with confidence due to this . please help

I got scratch by a cat in my left hand's finger and it licked in it this happens 8months ago no blood came ,and i took 5dose of (rabivax s) after 10-14 days of this incident, and the cat is still alive today it's a stray cat comes for food to my home, i got bit by same cat in my left hands finger, a day before yesterday around 10.30pm, no blood came not even maks and yet  i took (rabivax s) yesterday around 8 to 8.30 pm around (22hrs after the the incident) . My doubt is before 8 months i didn't get HRIg and yesterday my doctor didn't asked to take HRIg, but when I search in Google the HRig is given with the first dose of rabives vaccine it says, but respect doctors knows the best, i have doubt should I need to take the HRIg or please let know what to do, I am worried 🙁

I had bad headache yesterday as eaten badly a day before so lots of gas+. Instead of taking Nimulid i take for headache which recovers in 10 minute. I apply "Thanda Thanda cool cool" hair oil on head and this keeps head cold and not feel headache. I did 4-5 times yesterday and slept during night and in morning headache is gone. Is applying cool hair on head multiple times a day fine in place of taking pain killers? What light pain killer is available which can be taken in such situation as i take nimulid.

I am taking medicines for this and also milk mushroom eggs But egg contains yok which have cholesterol But i am defiency so i am taking Wt to do know

I was doing jumping and running on the spot exercise. I did it for 2.5 to 3 minutes and my bpm raised to 190-195. My age is 30. I was measuring bpm by hand on wrist. Actually i have undergone tmt on 3rd march and it was normal. Tested negative in tmt. But since morning i am very concerned. Ecg echo tmt all are normal.
