I am suffering from piles stage 2 Using Hilo and pilex capsules What type of food should I have to take? Taking fruits 2 times/day Can I drink milk? Can I Eat rice,paneer,spinach,Tomato,chilli?

Plz chexk the ecg- symptoms- sometimes body feels very tired and weak. Also, sometimes I get chest pain. I'm going for blood test as well but first decided to get this ECG.

Hello. Today I had come to station to pick someone. I entered the train and while getting down I bumped into shutter which was lowered down and I could not spot it. I did not lose consciousness but After this I am having some symptoms. I can feel a small raised bump near the area and some minor headache. My face also feels hot .. No problem in alertness, memory or major symptom. Please suggest me is there any need for further intervention? Can I put some cold or hot compress on that area?

I've burned my left hand with hot boiling water while straining pasta today at 6:45 PM. I cleaned it with cold water and applied tooth on the area that was burning. My hand has turned red, but there are no big blisters on my hand. The dorsum of my hand is burned with the 4 fingers and distal part of the forearm. I can feel the sharp burning sensation. Please prescribe medicine and ointment for the same.
