When to take medicine?

I have been prescribed antivirals 3 times a day for chickenpox . Valcyclovir 1g 3x a day morning afternoon and night. I took one medicine at 12noon today. Should i take another at 5pm today and at night 10pm 3rd one? Or should I take 2 today and continue with 3 tomorrow. Please let me know thank you

Diabetic Foot.
