Today a dog was near my scooty tier on mechanic shop it may be licked or smell the tier the mechanic repaired the tier and touched my scooty handle later I touched it and I have small skin peeling near my finger due to dryness which may bleed sometime can I get rabies if the handle was contaminated with saliva he also touched the scooty key
