Dear sir am raju i need information one day i not well that time i went hospital that time i was check bp160/90 doctor told little high bp, that time i got fear and anxiety, have bp machine same showing normal in bp morning some time 134/94 or 130/97, now daily i will check bp, i dont know why i think, now am dayli walking one hours, after come check 130/88 showing,
Evening 134/94 showing, when i check bp think negetive,
My question my bp nirmal or high, and destoic 94 to98 is it ok daily walking reduce
