Flu

Hello. I have been experiencing rotating pains in my chest since the last four months. I have consulted some doctors and they say that its due to gastric issues. But even after taking medicines for gas and eating clean, it doesn't go away. It happens at random times during the day, stays for a while and then goes away. I was worried if its a heart related problem, but i got an CBC Liver Kidney and LP test and it was completely fine. The pain feels like the pain that we experience when we get hurt somewhere. But i'm not hurt. It also happens at other places  like lower abdomen, arms, etc, but only occurs at one place at a time. I am also guessing it could be due to anxiety cause the pain started in September when one of my friends passed away. But im not sure. No doctor has written ECG test yet but im still worried about my heart. I get very scared please help

I had tested my blood recently. I am having cholesterol of 222.14mg. Kindly advise me whether is it a matter of concern and what shall I have to do.

Hi I am having sore throat and cold since last 3 days or so. During this time noticing that my pulse has become a bit increased between 95-120 during rest also sometimes. I am regularly on beta blocker Starpress XL25. Is this rise in pulse due to throat infection?

Hello, I have taken 4 tablets of 500mg paracetamol at once to relieve my body pains. I'm experiencing body pains after the tablets intake. It's been 12 hrs since I took the medication. Is it fine to take 4 at once? If not, then what are the next precautions I need to take? Do I need to undergo any checkups?
