Discharge from nose having blood
I woke up and was having slight discomfort in pain. Not pain etc but just a dryness kind of feeling. But when the discharge was removed it was having blood. Earlier also sometimes i had this encounter but that time blood used to dry but today it is red. Pl guide what it is

It could be due to the dryness of the nasal mucosa and blowing frequency to clear the nose.Apply bactroban nasal ointment to ease dryness or coconut oil.

Make sure your BP is normal and nostrils are not dry. Don’t blow too hard , drink plenty of fluids to make sure you are not dehydrated
