Hello doctor my sister had blood transfusion and today her bp is high 172/102 why this is happening is this normal.

Is 140/90 Normal bp because I am having severe headache and feel breathlessness wile walking and I have have back pain once it reached 150/96

I had an accident 4 years back on left shoulder, now I am feeling lot of pain in frontal part of left shoulder along with heart palpitation. I have acidity problem as well. Please help me which doctor I should consult?
