Listen you only know 120/ 80 is bp which is normal. It is always a range ie 110/ 70-120/80, 130/ 85, 140/90. After that it's high. 140 is upper most safe after that it comes in catagory of high. Again depends on aga, weight, BMR, type of work, food habit etc etc etc.   Add low salt diet, no fried items or snacks, pickle, papad bhujia ADD WALK FOR 40 MIN FIVE DAYS A WEEK. IT COMES BACK. STRESS, LACK OF SLEEP, ALCOHOL, SMOKING WHY? U NEED TO LEARN  CIRCULATORY SYSTEM. OK
