I am experiencing brain fog numbness and tingling from the past 3 years from few days I am feeling extremely fatigue and weak and my mind is not feeling the same I am feeling confused plzz help me in this matter I have done my ct scan report and emg ncv for muscle twitching tingling numbness and I am afraid of multiple sclerosis plzz check the report and confirm no multiple sclerosis plzz look in this matter.i am attaching my emg ncv and ct scan report.

I am chronic gastritis patient. I have  taken Coconut milk last night and it's not digested itseems, because it regurgitated even in the today morning. Then I had my normal breakfast spinach rice. From the afternoon I am getting stomach ache( upper abdomen). I had loose motions also for 4 times.After that I don't have hungry. Feeling full. Now I am getting stomach ache continuously. Please guide me. Today here all hospital closed due to Sunday.

Hi Tom morn i should go for endoscopy i am afraid my symptoms is sometimes shaking body giddiness palpitations uneasiness I had done all recomm tests USG 2d echo eeg CT brain blood tests ECG psychiatrist treatment since two yrs dose reduced now All blood tests scanning reports are normal But i am afraid of doing endoscopy Dr . Is saying acidity gas constipation also causes uneasy giddiness I need ur help what should I do should I go for endoscopy or take the treatment within endoscopy plz help

Hi, I am 45 years male on medicine for diabetese and htn. 20 days back I had chest discomfort and shortness of breath. After seeing my ecg doctors told me that it's look like mild mi and reffered me to cardiologist and he says that it's normal changes nothing to worry and adviced me panto inj iv, I get some relief. Now I am feeling severe fatigue, muscle pains all over with cramps, lightheadedness,chills,pain in chest and back while breathing. I am also feeling abnormal heartbeat sensation,sometimes I feel my heart is going to stop and skip the beats. Day by day my symptoms is worsening. I am sending my lab reports please advice me with contact number please.

I was taking thyronorm 12.5mcg while i didn't have any thyroid issues i continued for 3months then i got heart palpitations and other symptoms i decreased the dose to 6mcg ive checked in between my thyroid profile it was normal...now i left from 15days still i feel ive litlle heart palpitations and i feel tingling sensation under my armpit sometimes...why???

Hi Dear Doctors I just wanted to know is any there any interaction between Losartan Hydrochlorothiazide and Metforim? Can these two tabs be taken together?
