On the day of thyroid test, should I go after taking euthyrox tablet or should take tablet after sample collection.

Respected Dr., Yesterday, my dog playfuly bite me on my nose, and i cleaned that wound with dettol antiseptic liquid. After that, i visited a nearby hospital where the general physician told me to take antibiotics and to get a TT shot. The Dr. Prescribed me to take Augmentin, but i am quite worried about why my wound is turning to blue color... i am sharing a picture of the same and my dogs vaccination card. Please help me out.
