Please check her BP  every six hours,  and also when she suddenly gets up. Also get her Blood sugar and HbA1c done. Consult a General Physician with the reports.

This is a fairly common condition and is most likely Orthostatic Hypotension (Postural Low BP).
Next Steps
Consult a General Physician (GP) and get your blood pressure checked. Your GP can look for the potential causes of this condition including any medications.
Health Tips
1. If the diagnosis turns out as such, increase salt and fluid intake. 2. Avoid standing up suddenly from lying down position. Sit up slowly from lying down position and then stand up slowly.
