Hi My mother has been diagnosed with typhoid. Her CRP is 248 and IL 6 is 204. D dimer is high. Covid negative. What medicine are good and what next steps are suggested.

I have been having stomach uneasiness & headache/migraine. A physician prescribed Nishq M, besides some other medicines. But Google search shows that it is for mental health diseases. So want to know if it safe to take Nishq M tablet once a day after dinner for 5 days? I told the physician that I don't have stress & sleep quality is fine. Do I still need to take it? Thanks

Hello doctors Few month's back i just smelled fish oil capsule. Suddenly I had loose motions and body pains. When I consulted doctor he said vitamin b12 and d levels cam down to 150 and 22. May i know the reason why this happened just by smelling. I didnt put anything in mouth It took 3 months to recover and I had lot of gastric problems as well Please advise me  it will be a learning for me as well Karthik

I am a 30 year old female. As per my blood tests, T3 - 1.03 (range given - 0.80 - 2.00) T4- 6.98 (range given- 5.10- 14.10) TSH- 4.22 (range given- 0.27 to 4.20) T3 and T4 are okay but TSH is slightly on higher side. Is 4.22 normal for 30 year old female? Any foods or lifestyle changes to reduce it? Kindly advise. Does stress play any role in increase of TSH?
