I have been having ibs and I am being treated for it. I did my regular blood work and my esr level is 4. Normal range is 5- 15. Is there something to worry.

Hello, I would like to enquire about one of my female friend. She sometimes have headache on one side and continuous vomiting for the entire day with mild fever and shivering. Whatever she eats it keep on vomiting. Also sometimes in night or randomly through out the day mild fever comes and go even without headache and vomiting. Please check and advise.
